SAVE YOUR SKIN AT THE GYM!

Tip one

Remove makeup especially if you are prone to spots, when your face sweats pores can become clogged by makeup causing a bacteria build up leading to unwanted pimples.

Tip two

Drink plenty of water before, during and after your workout. This is good for the whole body but will keep skin radiant and help combat dryness.

Tip three

Use a sweat band to keep hair off the face, hair can be oily and can cause spots around the face.

Tip four

Clean gym apparatus with anti-bacterial cleaner (usually in the gym) to avoid dirt/bacteria on the skin.

Tip five

Take a clean towel with you to wipe sweat to minimise blocking pores.
