holding fee and Cancellation
We respect your time is valuable and we appreciate you understand ours is too. If appointments are cancelled or rescheduled at short notice, or if you do not attend an appointment, this means we are unable to re-allocate that time for other patients who may require an appointment.
We understand occasionally a short-notice cancellation may be unavoidable however, we kindly ask you try to advise us if there are any changes to your pre-booked appointment with as much notice as possible.
Holding Fee Policy
A holding fee will now be taken upon the booking of any aesthetic service with London Real Skin, including a free of charge consultation. This holding fee will be between £25-£50 and is fully redeemable against any London Real Skin service or product.
We guarantee that where notification to cancel any pre booked appointment is given (with more than 48 hours notice) the holding fee will rightfully be refunded or will remain on your account to redeem against any future treatment or product purchase with us.
If, for any reason, yourself and your practitioner do not find a suitable service or product treatment plan, the holding fee will be returned to you within 5-7 working days.
If you wish to reschedule or cancel your appointment within the 48 hour notice period, the holding fee will remain on your account and can be used towards your next appointment or product purchase.
If you fail to attend or provide a cancellation notice with less than 48 hours’ notice, we will retain your deposit or deduct a treatment from a pre-paid treatment package. Please Note: We aim to help our patients minimise the chance of their holding fee being retained by sending out text reminders 24 hours ahead of all appointments. Although, due to circumstances beyond our control this may not always be possible and patients should therefore not rely on a text reminder. If you are unsure when your next appointment is scheduled, please contact us by phone or email and we can confirm that for you.
Punctuality & Courtesy
As a courtesy to other patients who are scheduled after your appointment, we kindly ask that you try to arrive on time to avoid disruption. In the event that you are late to your appointment, we will endeavor to complete your treatment within the allocated time slot, or we may need to rearrange your appointment.
NOTIFYING THE CLINIC TO RESCHEDULE OR CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT
The sooner the notification is given, the sooner we are able to offer your appointment to another patient and avoid your holding fee being retained.
