Cancellation Policy

We respect your time is valuable and we appreciate you understand ours is too. If appointments are cancelled or rescheduled at short notice, or if you do not attend an appointment, this means we are unable to re-allocate that time for other patients who may require an appointment.

We understand occasionally a short-notice cancellation may be unavoidable however, we kindly ask you try to advise us if there are any changes to your pre-booked appointment with as much notice as possible.

A deposit/holding fee will now be taken upon the booking of any aesthetic service with London Real Skin.

This holding fee/deposit is fully refundable against any recommended treatment/product cost.

The appointment holding fees are charged at £25.  We guarantee that where notification to cancel any pre booked appointment is given (with more than 48 hours’ notice) all deposits will rightfully be refunded or fully redeemed against any future treatment or product purchase.

If you wish to reschedule or cancel your appointment before the notice period, the holding fee will remain on our system and will be used towards your next appointment.

Unfortunately, if you fail to attend or provide a cancellation notice with less than 48 hours’ notice, we will retain your deposit or deduct a treatment from a course of prepaid treatments. Please Note: We aim help our patients minimise the chance of losing their holding fee/deposit or any treatments from their course(s), and send out text reminders 24 hours ahead of all appointments. Although, due to circumstances beyond our control this may not always be possible and patients should therefore not rely on a text reminder.

Punctuality & Courtesy

As a courtesy to other patients who are scheduled after your appointment, we kindly ask that you try to arrive on time to avoid disruption. In the event that you are late to your appointment, we will endeavor to complete your treatment within the allocated time slot, or we may need to rearrange your appointment.

How to notify the clinic about cancelling an appointment:

The sooner the notification is given, the sooner we are able to offer your appointment to another patient and avoid your deposit being retained.
